Todo is a small, simple freeware application for Windows that keeps track of a “to do” list, just as its name implies.

Tasks can be organized into multiple categories and can have detailed descriptions. Each task has a due date, a status (complete, incomplete, or overdue), and a priority (low, normal, or urgent). The task list is sortable by each of these fields. Todo runs quietly in the system tray and will notify you when a task is almost due (or when a task becomes overdue).

For simplicity, all tasks, categories, and application settings are stored in an XML file (todo.xml), which resides in Todo’s home directory. Thus, you can easily transfer your tasks and settings to another computer simply by copying this file.

Note: Todo is no longer being maintained. I do not plan to release any updates and I probably won’t answer support questions. Use at your own risk.
